Job Description The Role: The Supervisor, Company Vehicle Operations (CVO) Global Policy & Communications role will lead the global strategy and governance of company vehicle driver policies and communications. This role will own the CVO policy framework end-to-end and partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Legal, Tax, IT, etc.) to ensure it is compliant, easy to understand, and consistently applied across regions and functions. This role will set the communications strategy for company vehicle drivers and key stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent messaging across channels and regions. This role will also lead a global policy and communications team, setting vision and priorities, developing talent, and building a high-performing, inclusive team that delivers a best-in-class driver experience.
