GENERAL FUNCTION: - Program manages and drives Strategic Planning, the annual process led by the Corporate Strategy team; Strategic Planning includes defined activities that ultimately lead to the development and documentation of the bank’s Enterprise Strategic Plan, a three-year plan submitted to the Board of Directors and Federal regulators on an annual basis - Drives or participates in the design of the project plan, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of project management - Owns oversight of key Strategic Planning activities to ensure effective work assignments and timely, on-time execution, including activities managed within the Corporate Strategy team and activities led by our internal Line of Business and Corporate Function partners, including Finance, IT, Human Capital, Legal, and the Office of the Corporate Secretary - Owns internal project tracking, reporting, and communications for Strategic Planning activities, including status and key execution risks - Accountable for managing logistics...
