Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) licensing compliance or third-party supplier agreement reviews. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs involving both hardware and software components. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks for continuous compliance auditing. - Familiarity with complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and hardware/software qualification processes (e.g., firmware, compute nodes, diags). - Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership and legal counsel on risk mitigation strategies.
