What is waiting for you?: As a Mindshift Consultant, you’ll work closely with organizations to unlock their full potential by aligning leadership, culture, and strategy. You’ll operate both strategically and operationally, engaging with stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom. Your role will include: Supporting change management initiatives at program level, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership. Translating strategic goals into actionable behaviors, structures, and cultural shifts. Conducting cultural assessments and organizational scans to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities. Advising on organizational design and leadership architecture to support strategic execution (e.g. project governance, leadership frameworks, decision-making models).
