Role Summary As part of our Global Lean Management Team, you share responsibility for the development and implementation of the Lean strategy for the Life Science & Environment division of MANN+HUMMEL GmbH and report to the Director Global Production LSE. Your Responsibilities: - Planning and implementing the Lean strategy for the Life Science & Environment division - Ensuring Operational Excellence and its contribution to day-to-day business - Developing and delivering training as well as coaching for managers and Lean experts - Establishing and actively managing value stream development across the plants - Standardizing and sustainably embedding Lean principles and Lean tools, as well as continuously improving them - Leading, facilitating, and following up on workshops - Developing and conducting Lean assessments at the plants Your Profile: Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
