Vendor Program Sr. Analyst The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's third-party risk management policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners and other stakeholders in completing program requirements, maintains the program and procedures, and understands regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Drives performance and conducts oversight of vendor risk management lifecycle activities including risk assessment, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination Oversees activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems Performs analysis for program reporting and metrics and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.
