Care Coordinator – Telehealth, On-Call & Inspir Location: Upper East Side, NYC (Inspir Clinic) | Hybrid potential Company: Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy About the Role: Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Care Coordinator to support three of our most dynamic service lines: Telehealth , On-Call (in-home care) , and our Inspir clinic within a senior living community . Unlike a traditional front desk role tied to a single clinic, this position serves as a central coordination hub , ensuring patients across multiple care settings receive seamless, timely access to therapy services.
