Job description

As the Service Manager , you’ll lead a skilled maintenance team through the unique demands of launching a new property—making sure every home, common area, and amenity is in top shape from day one. You’ll oversee all aspects of community maintenance, from responding to resident service requests to troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. You won’t just manage—you’ll roll up your sleeves to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness. You’ll also coordinate landscaping, vendor services, and preventative maintenance programs to keep the property looking and running its best. On the administrative side, you’ll handle ordering and managing supplies, tracking budgets, hiring and training team members, and keeping detailed maintenance records. Your leadership will set the tone for a smooth lease-up experience, ensuring every resident feels confident that their home is cared for by a team they can trust.
