Job description

The Microsoft System Administrator-_Mid provides administration and operational support for Microsoft platforms that are directly in scope for the SEC ISS contract, including Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC G5 and Microsoft Azure services. This role maintains secure, reliable, and compliant service delivery across Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams environments. The position delivers Tier 1/2/3 incident, request, and maintenance support to sustain SEC collaboration and enterprise productivity services through proactive monitoring and system upkeep. The administrator also supports Teams-based conferencing, Teams/Webex interoperability, and live streaming operations for mission-critical events while coordinating with ISS teams to meet SLA and operational objectives .
