Hello! 👋 At Factorial , we’re expanding our all-in-one business platform beyond HR and Finance — into the world of IT, Cloud, and Device Management . We’re looking for Founding Sales Development Representatives to join our brand-new Factorial IT team and help us shape how we reach IT and Operations leaders across Europe. This is not a standard SDR role — it’s a founding opportunity to be part of a new business line inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. 🚀 The Role 📜: As a Founding SDR , you’ll be on the frontline of our go-to-market motion for Factorial IT. You’ll identify and qualify opportunities, experiment with messaging, and help us connect with IT leaders managing devices, users, and SaaS tools in growing organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with our AEs, Product, and Marketing teams to define processes, run experiments, and build the foundation for long-term success. What You’ll Do 🧠: Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls). Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
