The role: We are looking for a Catalyst : an exceptional entrepreneurial operator who can enter ambiguous, high-stakes situations and create progress fast. This is not a traditional strategy, operations, product, or project management role. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify what matters, structure the problem, align the right people, and drive execution until the outcome is delivered. We are looking for someone who can think like a strategist, move like a founder, and execute like an owner. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects from start to finish , including product launches, enterprise deployments, GTM initiatives, partnerships, internal operations, or new business opportunities.
