JOB SUMMARY: Owns the creation and support of technology solutions that align with Midmark’s strategic objectives and customer needs that are delivered by an Agile development team. Defines and prioritizes the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including marketing, business leads, UX/UI design, and technology teams—and ensuring that each product increment delivers maximum value. By applying design thinking principles & monitoring key product metrics, the Product Owner drives the development of scalable digital solutions, fostering continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This role is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site in the Cincinnati, Ohio location and one day remote. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Leads Agile delivery of technology solutions aligned with Midmark’s product vision, customer outcomes, and strategic objectives. Defines, prioritizes, and manages the product backlog using data insights, customer research, and stakeholder feedback to maximize value.
