What you’ll do: - Facilitate the Scrum framework with respect to ceremonies, artifacts, and roles. - Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum values and practices, by coaching the Scrum team on Agile values, principles, and practices. - Ensure the Scrum team’s goals are understood by every member. - Lead the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the Scrum team; Help the PO manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope. - Collect and analyse Agile metrics, with a focus on improvement.
