Head of Fulfillment

Job description

You're responsible for building and running Suitsupply's global fulfillment network, delivering fast and reliably as we grow. This means owning warehouse performance, carrier relationships, fulfillment technology, and omnichannel execution. You'll lead a team responsible for building the capability and culture to execute at scale. This includes developing talent, driving accountability, and creating systems that work across time zones and functions. You work directly with Suitsupply leadership, own the fulfillment P&L, and are accountable for the outcomes: hitting OTIF targets, managing costs, and building infrastructure that supports growth while delivering a great customer experience. This role requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and making the calls that matter.
