Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Data Intermediate. This is a Direct Hire with a fixed hybrid-onsite schedule from the Gateway location. This person will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Mondays and Fridays. Scope: Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used by clinical and operational stakeholders. Write and optimize SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio to retrieve and transform healthcare data.
