Job Summary: The Network Incentives Specialist (NIS) supports the Network Division incentive programs. This position works under the direct supervision of the Network Incentives & Recognition Marketing Manager to ensure the success of all incentive related initiatives and programs. Responsibilities: Scope of the Role The N IS focuses on develop ing incentive focused communications , collateral, and creative design to successfully execute incentive programs. The NIS also support s reporting and the m aintenance of historical information for our incentive programs. The NIS tracks associate qualifications and facilitates the recogni tion of associates for achieving success in an incentive program. Performance Outcomes: Incentive Collateral & Leaderboards: Create and develop incentive marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, and videos. Facilitate the distribution of incentive information through associate communication channels including, but not limited to social media, livestream, emails, and text messages.
