As Ortho Sales Area Manager Center Italy, you will lead our orthopaedics growth across the Central Italy territory, with a base in within the region. You will be the face of Smith+Nephew for surgeons, hospitals and partners, combining strategic thinking with a very hands on field presence. What will you be doing?: In this role you will spend most of your time in the field, side by side with your team and customers across Central Italy. You will translate national strategy into a clear area plan, prepare and monitor the annual budget, and guide your team to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
