Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Change Management and Training Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading program activities and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills.
