Job Title Instructional Designer Job Description: As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in design, development and maintenance of Learning materials for Field Service Engineers and Biomedical engineers, who service our customers’ Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) products. As an individual contributor you will work within a team of technical trainers of the Diagnostic X-ray business to assist in curriculum design. This is a highly motivated global team that operates in an open atmosphere. You will collaborate with a global team requiring flexibility in aligning various time zones. Your role: Work with subject matter experts to design engaging learning activities with a strong focus on distance learning (e-learning, Virtual classrooms, animations, 3D models). Design and support in the development of digital assets like animations, videos and 3D models. Cooperate with multi-media specialists, to develop digital learning assets to effectively teach technical/clinical concepts and skills.
