Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for leading all production operations within the EMV manufacturing department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Accountable for achieving departmental KPIs in safety, scrap reduction, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost control, while developing a high-performing operations team. Drives performance through Lean manufacturing, KPI management, and strong team leadership. Partners with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and availability. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership - Lead daily EMV production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. - Execute production schedules and ensure alignment with customer requirements and inventory accuracy. - Monitor and improve KPIs: safety, scrap, efficiency, throughput, cost. - Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and rapid issue resolution.
