Responsibilities: Provides technical consultative advice, insight, and direction to customers. Assist clients with targeted claim reporting. Act as liaison between Client, carrier and involved business partners. Conduct and/or coordinate claim reviews as established by Service Teams and Claims. Develop, implement, and monitor customized Claim Service Plans as required. Provide contract interpretation and analysis as it relates to available coverages.
