This role supports preventive maintenance development, project execution, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and root cause failure analysis to eliminate defects, prevent repeat failures, and continuously improve equipment reliability. What you’ll do: - Drive electrical equipment availability and reliability improvements across assigned units. - Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for electrical equipment failures that meet defined thresholds and implement corrective actions. - Lead unit vulnerability studies and develop reliability roadmaps, including long-term reliability plans and performance goals. - Develop obsolescence strategies and long-range mitigation plans for bad actors and underperforming electrical equipment. - Govern and administer electrical condition monitoring programs, including transformer oil analysis, PDMA testing, heat trace alarms, and motor vibration monitoring. - Maintain ETAP elec...
