Permanent Position – Onsite Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality Operations, the Hospitality Services Assistant supports the Firm’s hospitality operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and efficient experience for both internal and external clients in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is a part-time position. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up catering requests and refreshments for meetings - Refresh boardrooms, along with water service, ensuring readiness for meetings - Support boardroom configurations and ensure meeting spaces are tidy and well-stocked before and after use - Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, light meals, and custom orders, with attention to presentation and dietary needs - Clean and organize kitchen areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashing stations - Maintain kitchenette and servery equipment, including coffee machines, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.) - Monitor and restock inventory of beverages, snacks, and supplies across catering kitchen, kitchenettes and serveries - Assist with receiving, checking, and putting away food and inventory deliveries - Clean and reset catering carts and service stations after events,...
