Department: Implementation Reports to: VP, Implementation Location: Onsite, OneRail HQ, Orlando Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our team in implementing AI tools, managing data processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience with emerging technologies, data analysis, and business operations in a dynamic environment. This is a paid internship. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the adoption and implementation of AI tools across the team, providing support and guidance to users - Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability - Develop and execute basic scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency Support data administration efforts, including: - Organizing and maintaining digital files and datasets - Conducting data mining and analysis to extract insights - Identifying trends and summarizing findings for stakeholders - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards (e.g., Donovan or similar tools) - Identify and help improve collaboration opportunities with other departme...
