Job Description: As a Supervisor Quality Control, you’ll lead and support Aircraft Inspectors to ensure all maintenance work meets Southwest’s quality standards, approved manuals, and regulatory requirements. You’ll coach, train, and develop Team Members while helping manage daily schedules, inspections, and authorizations. Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and the FAA, you’ll review procedures, audit maintenance records, and provide guidance to correct issues and improve maintenance quality.
