Therapist - Young Adult Program

Job description

Use your clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of youth and young adults as a Therapist with Thresholds' Young Adult Program! The Therapist works very closely with the treatment team to create effective treatment plans, utilizing best clinical practices. As the Therapist, you will provide trauma-informed individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to young adults ages 16-21 with severe and persistent mental illness along with significant trauma histories. You will run individual therapy and groups at the program’s main office and in the residences. Take the lead as the clinical hub for the youth on your caseload, running clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, and participating in clinical data collection and outcomes tracking.
