Five (5) years of additional IT related experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. -Must have experience architecting solutions for needs throughout the IC, including IP routing, addressing, IP Multicast, IP QOS, and IP encryptors. -Demonstrated experience with WAN boundary integration and Red and Black WAN design. -Ability to develop network architectures and work with customers to develop test plans and conduct testing of architecture as required. -Ability to provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems and manage work as defined by customer. _Must be a US Citizen.
