Primary Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: - Manage, train, and develop all staff, including shift leaders, crew members, and other team members. - Ensure that employees maintain a high level of motivation and adhere to company standards. - Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Foster a positive, energetic work environment that aligns with Bojangles' culture.
