Job Title Innovation Partnership Lead Job Description: Innovation Partnership Lead You will own the Philips and VUMC innovation partnership development strategy and lead its execution, ensuring the partnership remains relevant and high-impact over time. This role involves interacting with executive stakeholders, day to day collaboration with healthcare professionals and compliance and legal teams, to drive a collaboration that is instrumental to Philips’ innovation agenda. Your role: - Create and execute a partnership development strategy aligned to both organizations’ priorities, translating strategic intent into a structured innovation agenda and project funnel. - Own partnership governance with VUMC counterparts, including steering, reporting, and transparency on progress and outcomes. - Identify and develop joint innovation capabilities across Philips and VUMC, aimed at accelerating R&D, enabling faster translation from clinical insight to scalable innovation. - Ensure operational excellence of the innovation program: end-to-end tracking, timely delivery, issue/risk management, and escalation when needed. - Serve as Philips’ primary reference for VUMC’s innovation ecosystem, su...
