Job description

Responsibilities: - Responsible for assisting all patrons with general information. - Responsible for promoting exceptional customer service. - Responsible for promoting membership into the Players Club. - Responsible for educating patrons on the Players Club benefits. - Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding the Players Club members, which includes discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping. - Responsible for the issuance of information desired to be distributed. - Responsible for coupons and promotions on property. - Responsible for making public announcements or special announcements. - Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating patrons account information and related duties. - Responsible for taking Jackpot Photo’s and filling out the proper documentation for publicity. - Responsible for cleaning the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino. - Assists with the resolution of player complaints and problems. - Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption. - Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures. - Must be abl...
