Job Description Summary The Project Operations Manager drives execution, coordination, and visibility across three ServiceNow teams under the Director of ServiceNow Solutions. Partnering closely with the Demand Manager, this role ensures KTLO work, internal initiatives, and enhancements are effectively managed, clearly communicated, and delivered with predictable outcomes. This role focuses on operational discipline, Agile facilitation, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring teams are working efficiently and stakeholders have full transparency into priorities, timelines, and testing. Job Description: Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
