Job Overview: The Actuarial Talent Development Analyst will play a critical role on the Human Capital team, supporting the global OW Actuarial population on all talent development-related activities. This includes but is not limited to employee engagement, performance management, training, and the design and implementation of new programs, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker with strong detail orientation and a robust analytical toolkit. We are looking for someone with a passion for people development, an ownership mindset, and a collaborative approach. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
