Ventrac is seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead first-shift Fabrication operations (excluding welding). This role is responsible for daily production execution, team leadership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple CNC and fabrication work centers. The ideal candidate is a people‑focused manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and takes pride in building a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
