Job Description: As a Ky Connect Certified Application Counselor the employee will work with individuals to complete applications and facilitate their enrollment in health coverage. Employee will typically perform job duties in an office environment. However, the job requires that the employee also meet one on one with patients throughout the hospital setting at bedside including the emergency department. Minimum Education: - High School Graduate Minimum Work Experience: - Two or more years of experience in Medicaid of Medicare related program or health insurance eligibility programs, health care financial assistance programs, insurance billing and/or claims.
