Responsibilities: - Conduct and monitor all export operations. - Manage the entire process from booking to arrival of the cargo. - Meet the operational needs and expectations of customers with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Maintain active relationship with customers and provide proactive updates. - Teamwork and cooperation with sales team. - Following job orders from the beginning until invoice posting and closing.
