Job description

Our Global Innovation & Research team is looking for two skilled and passionate Chemists to support the development of cutting-edge personal care products with a strong focus on sustainability. These are temporary maternity leave cover roles (approximately 5 months), starting in mid-June and at the end of July. In this role, you will develop and refine cosmetic formulations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. You will contribute to innovative, high-performance products while supporting our sustainability ambitions in a fast-paced environment MISSION: Develop new or improved cosmetic formulations based on research, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to evaluate the performance and stability of cosmetic formulations. Innovate new product concepts and enhance existing formulations to meet market demands and customer needs.
