National Corporate and B2B Sales Manager Field Based: Role Summary: This role is responsible for shaping and executing the True Fleet sales strategy for Hyundai and Genesis, driving growth in market share, volume and customer engagement while delivering strong financial performance. You will lead and develop the New Business, Key Account and Virtual Account Manager teams, ensuring high levels of productivity, motivation and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the performance of the Hyundai Business Centre, including lead generation, appointment setting, Customer Support Agreements, demonstrator management and ongoing Salesforce optimisation. A key focus of the role is expanding our Fleet End User database, particularly within the sub‑100 vehicle SME sector, and strengthening our competitive position through ongoing analysis of model performance across SME and corporate channels. Success in this role means increasing conversion from live buying customers, ensuring Hyundai and Genesis products are consistently positioned as strongly as possible versus competitive OEM products .
