SUMMARY: To supervise operation of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, provide input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintain a safe environment, and improve bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, and handle regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties. This position is a key position in the Center’s food and beverage operation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following. - Provides friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service. Maintains safe work environment. Provides safe environment for customers. - Checks ID of customers to ensure we serve no one under legal drinking age.
