Job Summary As a Banker Professional in the Nordic Private Banking team, you will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: - Provide operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate - Manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients - Support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process - Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management - Help with t...
