THE JOB: The Manager of Digital Product Analytics (Insights & Implementation) is a subject matter expert responsible for driving actionable insights and ensuring reliable measurement across MGM Resorts' digital products, including web, mobile app, booking and eCommerce flows, digital check-in, digital key, loyalty experiences, and other customer-facing journeys. This role operates at the intersection of analytics and implementation partnering with Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics leaders to define measurement needs, ensure accurate instrumentation, and translate customer behavior into clear recommendations that improve adoption, conversion, and digital revenue.
