Job description

Provide seasonal support as directed by the designated supervisor. Job Summary: Working independently, exercising good judgment, and discretion in executing and performing the Wrestling Summer Camp duties. Assisting students as needed with questions. Supervise campers ensuring their overall safety, travel, punctuality (staying on schedule), development, growth, and general well-being through displaying patience, kindness, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and efficient communication. Full understanding of our zero-tolerance for bullying/hazing guidelines and a willingness to take proper action. Willingness to help with camp events such as on-ice/off-mat skills, small groups, games, etc. Ensure knowledge of campers’ dietary, allergy, and medical needs prior to engaging in any activities. Ensure the residential camper is properly checked out at the end of camp with a designated sibling, parent, or family friend. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assigned a group of campers to lead, mentor, and oversee.
