Summary Job Description: The Hospital Security Department ensures a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Our team monitors access points, patrols hospital grounds, and responds to emergencies while supporting hospital policies. Working with local law enforcement and hospital leadership, we provide safety, protection, and assistance with professionalism, compassion, and respect. Security Dispatcher Full-Time, Nights: Requirements: - Liaisons with Baptist entities to ensure seamless flow of information/communication. - Assists callers in accordance with operational policies, procedures, and protocols. - Makes appropriate contact with other departments, external agencies, businesses, etc. for needed assistance and/or response. Immediately transmits complete and accurate information to appropriate field personnel, both in typewritten and verbal forms. - Coordinates notifications in the event of a campus emergency.
