Talent Acquisition Specialist - 26000535 Description We are seeking an experienced Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers while ensuring compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation industry standards, proven driver recruiting experience, and the ability to build a robust pipeline of driver talent. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Screening - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned region or business area - Screen applicants for qualifications, safety record, work history, and DOT/FMCSA compliance. - Review and interpret reports such as Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports. - Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers. - Serve as liaison with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners providing recruiting services - Compliance & Reporting - Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Ensure all driver hires meet DOT and FMCSA regulatory requiremen...
