Warehouse Operative Nights Our Distribution team is now looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Nights team. Supporting the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art hub in Thatcham. As part of the wider Supply Chain function, this role is crucial in maintaining the flow of stock and ensuring our customers continue to experience the magic of Harrods. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency, including goods receiving, picking, packing and dispatch. You will play a hands-on part in supporting daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and service are consistently upheld. Working closely with team members and other departments across the business, you will ensure all stock movements are timely and accurate. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies and supporting positive change within the warehouse environment.
