ABOUT THE ROLE: An opportunity to gain valuable experience as an Allied Health Assistant. The role will be Casual and hours may vary according on business requirements and to flex around your university study commitments. A minimum commitment of 3 hrs/week is expected. This role is will start with Admin tasks only and then progress into a split of Admin and AHA work at our Morayfield Clinic. Your key responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to the following: - Reception and Customer Service duties – answering phones, greeting clients, managing arrivals and cancellations - Invoicing & handling payments - Supporting others with General Administration duties such as responding to queries, forwarding communications to the relevant areas, filing, scanning, data entry and electronic document management - Liaising with clients regarding appointment c...
