Your opportunity: As a Senior Chef (internally known as Production Coordinator), you will provide strong, hands-on leadership and guidance to a high-volume production kitchen. You’ll coordinate people and equipment to ensure that the kitchen is run efficiently whilst ensuring that food excellence and customer expectations are consistently met whilst adapting to changing business needs.
