We’re looking for a wildly passionate and engaging People & Culture manager to support Airlie in Warrenton, VA. You will be passionate about all elements of the colleague life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention). This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist that is ready to take the next step in their career as a leader. This is an full-time, on-site, exempt position that reports to the Vice President | People + Culture. The Salary Range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
