What You'll Do We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Strategic and Commercial Procurement to build and lead a new function at the center of Fanatics Collectibles’ operations. This is not a traditional sourcing or supply chain role — it’s a strategic position focused on non-product-related spend, designed to enable smarter decision-making, stronger vendor relationships, and better commercial outcomes across the business. You’ll take ownership of our indirect spend management across a diverse set of high-impact categories — including capital investments, technology and data services and professional services. You’ll create structure around the indirect procurement process, lead sourcing initiatives, and manage complex negotiations with confidence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and seeks out opportunities to improve how the business operates.
