APPLICATION DEVELOPER Job Description: The Application Developer position is part of the Corporate Services Systems Application Portfolio group, within the SCS Technology Organization (TO) as a part of the team responsible for providing support to a suite of solutions for Land / Corporate Real Estate across Operating Companies. The position will be responsible for ensuring delivery of timely, quality, reliable, secure, and compliant solutions, via close collaboration and partnership with supported Business Partners, third-party vendors, and other TO support resources. The position blends hands‑on application development with strong production support, integration, and third-party vendor coordination responsibilities in a highly visible business-operations environment. Position responsibilities include: Providing functional and technical subject matter expertise for Business Partner application solutions (custom development, vendor packages, SaaS); Performing design, development, integration, configuration, testing, and implementation of Business Partner application solutions (inclusive of vendor solutions); Performing problem/root cause analysis and resolution (production support)...
