Senior Sales Operations Specialist Department: Power Systems Division (PSD): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Reporting To: Adrian Hillmann: Description: The Senior Sales Operations Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Prime Product Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless management of the quote-to-invoice lifecycle. This role supports more than $500M in annual revenue and requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and an understanding of construction and equipment operations. The Specialist ensures accurate, timely processing across systems, including IMACS, GSVT and contributes to efficient project and sales operations.
